The Ranch House
At the heart of Sagebrush’s food experience is the Ranch House—our main clubhouse and gathering place. Fresh off major enhancements, it’s now entering its second full season with renewed energy and purpose. The menu at Sagebrush is shaped by a deep understanding of regional ingredients, blending culinary craft with local insight. Each dish reflects the land, the season, and the spirit of the surrounding landscape.
Hours
Breakfast: 7:00am – 9:30am
A hot continental breakfast buffet is available each morning through September 30th. Advanced reservations are required.
Dinner: 5:00pm – 8:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday
Enjoy dinner at the Ranch House Restaurant five nights a week. Reservations are limited only to on-site suite guests at this time. Dinner service will be available Monday & Tuesday at The Hideout.
The Hideout
What started as a humble pop-up has evolved into something distinctly Sagebrush. Here, you’ll find more than just drinks and snacks. The cantilevered patio overlooks a stocked trout pond, complete with rods ready for casting. Swing by after your tee shot on the drivable 13th, or come back post-round for a longer stay and a bonus loop under the big sky.

Lunch & Grab-and-Go: 10:45am – 5:00pm
Preorder your Grab-and-Go lunch via your golf cart after completing Hole 11.
Sit-Down Lunch: 11:00am – 5:00pm
The Hideout is open for all guests to enjoy a sit-down lunch pre or post round.
Lite Snacks (Evening Service): 5:00pm – Close, Wednesday through Sunday
Evening snack menu available.
Closing hours will vary and will be updated in emails prior to your visit.
Dinner (When Ranch House is Closed): 5:30pm – 7:30pm, Mondays & Tuesdays
The Hideout serves dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays when the Ranch House is closed.
