The Ranch House
High above the Nicola Valley sits the heart of Sagebrush’s dining experience — the Ranch House. With its two-tiered patio overlooking Nicola Lake, it’s the perfect setting for a post-round cocktail, a memorable dinner, or watching the sun disappear behind the hills.
The kitchen celebrates fresh regional ingredients and approachable ranch-inspired cuisine. Start your day with our wonderful breakfast buffet before heading to the course, then return in the evening to a menu featuring standout appetizers and share plates, artisan pizzas, elevated handhelds, fresh salads, and refined dinner entrées. A balanced menu designed to satisfy every appetite after a day at Sagebrush.

Breakfast: Daily 7:00 am – 9:30 am (Tuesdays: 7:30 am – 10:00 am)
Start your day with our hearty breakfast buffet featuring our signature breakfast sandwich, hot selections, house-made granola station, fruit, toast and bagels, pastries, cereals, coffee, juice, and more. Advance reservations are required.
Dinner July 27 – September 6: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Wednesday through Sunday)
Dinner September 7 – October 10*: 4:00pm – 8:30pm (7 nights a week)
Reservations are required. Final seating at 9:00pm in August, 8:30pm in September. Join us for Happy Hour daily in the Ranch House from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A late-night to-go menu is also available for our lodgign guests. *closing date TBD
The Hideout
What started as a humble pop-up has become something distinctly Sagebrush.
Right off the drivable 13th, The Hideout is more than just drinks and snacks. The cantilevered patio sits above a stocked trout pond, with rods always ready if you feel like casting a line.
Stop in before your round, during it, or after it for great food, signature drinks, and one of Canada’s best on-course menus.

Preorder your Grab-and-Go lunch via your golf cart after completing Hole 11.
Sit-Down Lunch: 11:00am – 5:00pm
The Hideout is open for all guests to enjoy a sit-down lunch pre or post round.
Lite Snacks (Evening Service): 5:00pm – Close, Wednesday through Sunday
Evening snack menu available.

Dinner (When Ranch House is Closed): 5:30pm – 7:30pm, Mondays & Tuesdays
The Hideout serves dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays when the Ranch House is closed.
